I spent the first few weeks working at my desk in Butler until they finally had to lock up the building. I managed to move out of Lakeshore and am now living in a super cute 1 bedroom in Val Verde with my new cat Gravy.
I also have had adventures such as partying it up in Santa Monica, Asavari's Installation in Venice, Werner Herzdog meet with Tempe :), Pizza adventures with Lizzy, swims with Quique, BeardHaus with Melody, BBQ with Jeni, and now all i'm in the mood for is to start experimenting with new art. I want to do it all. Photography, collaging, light art, museums, flower pressing. I'm motivated to get back in my habit of wanting to learn it all instead of focusing on one thing. I guess that's just the way I work.
I'm excited to spend the rest of my summer here with my new kitten and hopefully interning or working on my own pieces and even get into galleries. I currently have 3 pieces at the international toy theater festival in new york and I really hope someone documented my stuff!
i'm also itching getting back my tumblr.. not sure if that's wise. Anyways everything seems very open right now and i'm appreciating all my friends company and my new boy cat :)
